What we collect
Account information (name, email, brokerage, license number, ZIP/city service areas), uploaded brand assets (logo, headshot), connected-account tokens for services you authorize (Google, LinkedIn, MLS, etc.), content you create or that we generate on your behalf, and standard product telemetry (sign-in times, feature usage, error logs).
How we use it
To operate the service, authenticate you, generate and publish marketing content you request, run compliance checks, deliver billing, send transactional and product email, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Subprocessors
We rely on vetted infrastructure providers (Lovable Cloud, hosting, AI model providers, email delivery, analytics) bound by data-processing agreements. A current list is available on request.
Retention & deletion
Account data is retained for the life of your account and for a reasonable period after cancellation to satisfy legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support; we will delete or de-identify personal data subject to retention obligations.
Your choices
You can update profile data, disconnect integrations, pause automation, export content, and request account deletion from within the dashboard or by email.
