Marketing & Compliance Guide
Last updated: June 25, 2026
Avvio is designed to make real estate marketing easier, while keeping you in control. The content below explains how our AI, data, and compliance tools work — and the simple responsibilities that come with using them.
AI is your assistant, not your broker
Avvio uses AI to draft copy, captions, images, emails, and other marketing assets. AI is fast and helpful, but it can still make mistakes, miss context, or repeat outdated information. We recommend reviewing each draft before it goes out, or setting up approvals so nothing publishes without your okay.
Listing and market data
We pull listing details from MLS feeds, public records, and information you enter. Prices, status, square footage, schools, and other facts can change or contain errors. Always verify key details against the official source of record before using them in marketing.
Compliance helper
Our Compliance Engine flags common issues for Michigan, Illinois, and Florida. It is a helpful first check, not a substitute for legal review, your broker’s approval, or your own professional judgment. New rules, local requirements, and edge cases may not be caught automatically.
Not professional advice
Nothing generated by Avvio is legal, tax, financial, or fair-housing advice. Please consult qualified professionals for guidance specific to your situation.
Results vary
Marketing results depend on many factors — market conditions, audience, creative quality, and timing. Avvio does not guarantee leads, listings, commissions, engagement rates, or any specific outcome.
You remain in control
