Is Avvio a CRM or social scheduler?

No. Avvio is an marketing autopilot. We run your campaigns, content, social, email, open houses, and personal brand — not your contact database or simple post queue.

Does Avvio only market my listings?

No. Listings are one campaign type. Avvio also runs your personal brand, past-client nurture, market updates, open houses, buyer follow-up, and lead re-engagement — so you stay top-of-mind even when you don't have an active listing.

How do additional Team seats work?

Team includes up to 5 agents. Each additional agent is +$50/month, up to a maximum of 20 agents ($1,049/month). Anything larger is treated as a brokerage account with custom pricing — contact us to get a quote.

What if I have more than 20 agents?

Once you're past 20 agents you'll be set up as a brokerage account with dedicated onboarding, brokerage-level compliance controls, and volume pricing. Email brokerage@youravvio.com and we'll build a plan around your team.

What if I'm a solo agent today but growing?

Start on Starter or Professional and upgrade when you're ready. Every plan includes unlimited listings, so you're never penalized for taking on more properties.
